Required Salesforce Service Cloud freelancer for Quick Salesforce Service Cloud Set up job

We are setting a new instance of Salesforce service cloud (called care cloud) to respond to COVID -19 crisis. Will need someone experienced who can quickly help set up (within few days) our system admin, service agents, knowledge base, CMS and chat options (including bot to human chat transition). We also need developers on force.com esp around integrations (can be in your team or you can suggest others)
