Required GSM,Raspberry Pi freelancer for GSM expert needed job

I am new to GSM & embedded programming and need mentorship and assistance in solving a specific problem. I have a Raspberry Pi with an Adafruit Fona 808 which includes a SIM808 chip.

I would like to be able to make HTTP Posts from the RPi to a remote server (hosted on Heroku.)

The POST to my remote server is unsuccessful. No message is received by this server (no errors in the server logs) but I get a 601 Network Error using GNU Screen from the terminal.
