Required Script freelancer for VBSCRIPT to search REGEX in a file with multiples pages and split in different files when find it job

We need a VBSCRIPT that search a specific REGEX within a file with multiples pages. This regex will be used as a separator, so as soon as the VBSCRIPT finds the REGEX, it should split the document and generate a file. The result must be multiples documents and each one of them has the regex in the first page. I will share a document as an example with shortlisted candidates. It contains 21 pages and the VBSCRIPT needs to search

or

\\d{ 1,2} \\.\\d{ 3} \\.\\d{ 3} [-][0-9kK]{ 1} ') (replace '\\W','' )

Some of the values valid in this document are:

17.839.971-3

So, the script should generate 9 different documents since there are 9 values that matches the REGEX

We just need the pure script.. no UI.. simple.. and we need the source code.
