We have a high volume user application server with multiple backends that are rotated for web sockets. Due to the large number of backend servers there seems to be a high request latency. We need help in optimizing the following ASAP:

* Load balancer fine-tuning
* TCP Web Socket connection configuration
* ELB or HAProxy experience
* General Linux Networking experience
