Willing to pay $.50 per valid lead. Each lead must contain, property address, owner name and phone number (if listed) and date of title transfer. Freelancer must be willing to drive him or herself to SSC courthouse's Probate department and know how to pull required information (if required). Will ONLY pay for leads who's property title has been transferred due to passing. Final list will need to be delivered via email in excel format, up to 300 leads max at a time.
