Required Building Estimation,Estimating,Estimator,Bill of Material,Bill of Quantity freelancer for Project Estimate - RS Means job

We're looking for someone to put together a project estimation using RS Means. You must have access to the latest version of Facilities Construction Cost Data.

Project description: The existing ferry landing timbers are deteriorated and past their useful service life. The main project is to install horizontal HPDE fender sheets on top of new timbers where ferry come in contact with the ramp.
Side projects will include :
- sanding and painting of the existing steel structures and bollards at both ferry landings, at windward U boat ramp and at stair at leeward.
- removing and replacing cracked concrete slabs at in front of Windward ferry landing ramp
- Electrical SOW at Leeward U boat ramp
