We are a tax and accounting office tat uses Thompson Reuters Creative Solutions products on virtual services and we have 23 users. CS has four programs that use a single database. Looking for an IT person who can ensure our system is working correctly and maintains it. We are currently experiencing programs closing and non-responsive messages. We currently have an on call IT person. We need someone on premise in La Palma, CA for next 90 days and then intermittently.
