Required IT Operations freelancer for Micros Fidelio integration with Radius job

We are an IT company selling Internet Billing systems for Hotels , we use Mikrotik or IACBox
We became aware that both of these programs can be integrated with Micros Fidelio which is widely used in Hotel business , we need to know the details of how to do it.
The know how is the request , which Radius server to use and how to make it check Room number/Last name from Fidelio

This task has one requirement and one optional

Optional is to provide a working copy of Fidelio to test it
