Required PeopleSoft freelancer for Peoplesoft Video Training job

We would like to create video training for Peoplesoft Financials & Payroll The training should be targeted at beginners
The training should be about 10 hours and include system demonstration.
Requirements:
1. You need to have experience with the the software/technology/package as Consultant.
2. You should be able to speak English fluently with a neutral accent.
4. Please quote for creating a 10 hour video.
5. We are looking for Videos of Quality similar to the sample.
6. We are looking to pay a maximum of USD $200 per Hour of video.
7. Currently we are looking at Peoplesoft Financials/ Peoplesoft Payroll) but feel free to bid for ANY technology area/package areas where you have deep expertise.
If you do not have any specific software preference for video recording, you may use the free trial version of camtasia for recording these videos (google camtasia)..
