- Goal is to set up a end to end collection process using Salesforce, Stripe and Twilio
- From SalesforceStripe Records (Invoices etc.), send emails, sms, outbound IVRs to take a payment from a customer
- All channels should direct to payment options
- Process for reconciliation with external billing systems has to be clean
