Required Data Interpretation,English freelancer for Content analysis of Twitter messages job

The project involves reading the tweets (N=13,438) and determines the primary purpose of the tweets, 1=fundraising, 2=grantmaking, 3=relationship building, 4=community engagement. Essentially, the manual coding will help us train a supervised text analysis algorithm, then test and cast it to unseen tweet data in the future. It is important to be thoughtful and accurate in the coding, while there might be some room for subjective interpretation. The compensation is $150 for coding the full dataset.
