I am looking for someone to design a radiant heating system for my residential home. I will need a list of components, schematic, and advice on where to source them would be helpful.
I have a 2 story 4 bedroom home that is insulated well, to present code on Long island, new york. would like to install an in-wall system. And in-ceiling. I will be using a hot water heater.
Also I would like to use the same system for cooling in the summer. Run cool water through it.
I want to use pex or pex-like tubing. I am trying to do this myself, on a budget, otherwise I'd hire a pro to install the whole thing. I'm not an engineer so I will need things explained in lay man's terms. Please live me a list of components, and a good source. I don't know what engineers generally charge. Let me know your price. Thank you.
