Required Data Mining,PDF Conversion freelancer for Data scraping and PDF to Excel job

Hi I have a list of agent names in a PDF file. First I need to have this list converted from a PDF into an Excel sheet. Second, I need to have the names searched to find the agents phone number (cell phones would be best) and email. I believe it should produce fairly actuate phone numbers and emails since there is a fair amount of information on the agent in this list and their phone numbers/emails will all be prominently displayed online.
