Required Moodle freelancer for moodle roles setup job

I need to set up my moodle to allow a parent to be able to act like a teacher for their child(ren) for course content, but cannot see other students. I have set up roles to allow this, but I would prefer to have someone check my work who is more familiar with moodle than myself.
