Mulesoft provides communication channels between some core apps within the our ecosystem. We need to engage the services of someone who can rapidly understand what's happening "under the hood" and document it.
Communication Endpoints
1- Finpower is a consumer finance solution that we are using. It's a cloud-based solution that has been customised to meet our needs, including interfacing with Mulesoft. There is a lot of customized APIs that enabled Mulesoft and Finpower to talk. There is no test system. And, unfortunately, we don't understand how these APIs work between Mulesoft and Finpower.
2- SugarCRM is used to facilitate the sales and upgrade process. It calls Mulesoft to get information from Viewpoint and then also uses it to interface with Finpower. SugarCRM has a set of custom-built APIs that work from within Sugar's framework.
3- A legacy System that has also been interfaced with Mulesoft.
4- Another legacy System that has the most connectivity through Mulesoft to SugarCRM and Finpower. This was heavily customized. We will need documentation on how it connects & gets data from Mulesoft.
