Required Hydraulic Engineering freelancer for Design Axial Flow Hydraulic pump job

Design Axial Flow hydraulic pump.

The reason, I want Axial Flow pump is so that I can spin the pump in either direction o get flow.
The power is coming from an 1/2' cordless impact wrench, so there is plenty of torque. I am thinking
I am open to other styles of hydraulic pumps.
I would need drawings to give to the manufacture.
I would like the pump to bolt up to the hydraulic manifold block.
