Developing a modern 2 story 7,000-10,000 sq. ft. beachfront dream home on a 3.5 acre lot with 350 ft. of beach front.

Need a CAD designer/architect to help me create a 3D model of this dream home, and an architectural set of plans.

Structure must be built primarily of poured concrete, and my taste is warm contemporary/modern.

I will share some examples with shortlisted candidates.
