We are looking for a recruiting manager who can help us hire and manage multiple remote freelancers for a number of roles within our eCommerce business.
You will need to have previous experience with recruiting remote workers and be able to drive the process from the start.
We expect you to bring with you a recruitment plan, to be able to ask us the relevant questions in order for you to create effective job descriptions and job ads which target the better candidates.
Your job will also include reviewing applications and presenting to us the most suitable short-listed candidates.
We will also require your help managing any new hires to monitor and report on their performance in the early stages and to communicate with them and our existing team members etc.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate positively and respectfully with remote workers, be super-organised, self managing and be able to present clear and concise reports to the business owner.
