This role requires the flexibility to make calls outside of conventional hours, including weekends and early mornings or late evenings, as needed to close deals. Primary Responsibilities: Engage with new leads via phone calls, texts, and emails. Maintain persistent follow-up with inbound leads. Negotiate pricing with sellers and finalize deals. Ensure contract signing during phone interactions. Handle administrative tasks and data management. Requirements: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Comfort and skill in phone-based lead interactions. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and non-standard business hours, to maximize deal-closing opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with MapRight, Follow Up Boss, Launch Control, Dropbox Sign is advantageous. Experience in real estate is highly regarded.
