Currently we are running a Virtual Machine that allows for the following:
1. R/Rstudio running with shell command and web portal access.
2. Access Jupyter Notebooks on R/Python3 through a web portal.
3. Time scheduled tasks run R/Python jobs automatically.

We want to evaluate a managed approach to this and a VM approach to this. Either solution will be ultimately be configured on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
