I am a Transformative Health Coach and owner of Transformative Wellbeing. Currently I am doing it all myself as a single-member LLC and need to find someone dedicated to health and wellness I can start delegating tasks to that I can trust and who can grow with me as I grow.
What I am needing right now is someone who can assist with the following:
- Organization of clients, contact info
- SOP creation for new client onboarding process
- Facebook Group Admin duties for upcoming 6-month group coaching program launching in next month
- Basic Social Media posting and content creation
- Basic form creation in Canva
- Sending gifts out to clients throughout programs
- Assistance with my email list (MailChimp) by tagging, and creating automated nurture sequences
- Creation of 'Resource Library' for clients in group program in Thinkific (or simliar online platform)
- Invoicing
I'm happy to allow training for the right candidate, but would prefer someone already knowledgeable with the following:
- MailChimp
- LeadPages
- Trello
- Microsoft and Google Docs
- Facebook
