We need an engineer familiar with Juniper and Cisco switching to hop on a WebEx with us and a customer to diagnose and remedy an issue they're having between two Cisco 4500X devices. The link is being passed through a Juniper switch, and appears to be having some intermittent issues (one-sided or intermittent connections, etc). We'd like to get this done ASAP, as this connection is in production. There was previously a fiber line connecting the two Cisco switches, that has since been broken and taken down.
