Required Prolog freelancer for Logic Programmer job

I'm looking for a freelancer who has exceptional English, math & reasoning skills and is prepared to learn SWI Prolog. You will need to rapidly learn logic programming concepts. This is a declarative approach. Optimally, you are young and have been exposed to minimal procedural programming.

In order to apply for the position, first ensure you can demonstrate that you've already tried Prolog SWI and can manipulate code at least to the level that is evident in examples will provided with you soon.

Some existing Prolog code. You'll need to be confident enough to pickup and run with code like this in order to take the role.

(Various business domains are covered including deontic logic, accounting logic & finance logic.)

Foreign.MP4 - Logic program is exposed to a Chatbot in order to resolve a solution.
