Required Bloomberg Terminal freelancer for [Finance] Need tick data history retrieved for VIX and others job

I need historical tick data for the following index/indicators from 1990 to today. If it can't be done, do let me know the timeframe that is doable. You can export it straight from whichever system that you are using for me eg Thomson Reuters. I suppose it is most likely CSV files. This is not an urgent job. Cost consideration takes priority.
