Looking for an experienced Visual Foxpro 9 application developer. Must have experience in upgrading legacy applications to a more modern user interface and functionality. Also must be familiar in developing business applications and associated functions. The application to be upgraded and maintained is currently in Finnish, we will provide a translator to assist. Below are the most immediate key aspects of the project:
1) Integrate INTL toolkit

2) Update the look and feel of the application to make it more Windows 10 like and overall have a more modern feel. We will provide detailed specifications.
3. Build a license framework to allow only authorized, licensed usage of the application based upon the modules which are purchased. We will provide the detailed specifications.
