Required User Interface Design freelancer for combining 4 indicators (histograms)to create an MT4 EA (ex4 and mql4) job

I have four custom indicator that are basically histograms, I want to open trades when atleast 3 of them cross zero and close the trade when two indicators cross to the opposite direction. a stoploss of about 50pips and lot size setting can be adjustable at the imput option.

the indicators are mql4 and ex4 files
