Required AnyChart freelancer for Developer needed for creating a WordPress plugin. job

Hi, im searching for someone who's capable of creating a plugin for a WordPress website.
To be more precise, I need a radar graph that show his results depending of what results you have on a test. For exemple, you just finish a training and you have your results these results are automaticaly sent to the graph so it show you what grade you have (C, B, A), in comparison of the results of other persons. If you think you are capable of doing this, please contact me. If I engage you for the work, I will show you precisly in pictures and explanations what I need. The instructions will be showed like if it was a simple Lego plan, to make sure the work is done the fastest and easiest way possible.
