A wearable timer / vibrating device

I want to create a wearable device which vibrates at set times of the day. This may be by plugging the device to a computer/phone with aUSB cable and programming the times for the device to vibrate.

The device should be small to fit in a braclet, ring or similar.

The device will require a vibrating component
The device will require memory to record the specified times
The device will require a timer to trigger off the vibration at the set times
The device will require a button to stop the vibration manually
The device will require a battery ( preferably rechargeable, using the same USB cable)

I just need the technology to be able to make something vibrate at a set time.
