Required Startup,iPadOS,Swift,Tablet,iOS freelancer for iOS developer (Swift, UIKit) for partially done drawing app needed job

We're working on a iPad drawing app for in-house and App Store use. We've already begun developing it in UIKit and Swift using the SwiftyDraw framework, but there are a few critical tasks that we need help for:

1. save & restore drawn lines, so that they're editable after closing & opening the app, with iCloud sync
2. cut tool allowing the user to draw an area from which the lines will be taken, so the user can drag that part somewhere else, I will provide some example to you soon.

...more tasks may arise after these have been fixed.
