Required Active Directory,DNS,Microsoft Active Directory,Microsoft Windows Server,Exchange Server freelancer for Migrate GoDaddy Office 365 Tenant to Microsoft Office 365 job

We originally set up our company with Office 365 via GoDaddy. We've started running into some administrative limitations to the GoDaddy 'flavor' of Office 365 and would like to migrate to the official Microsoft Office 365.

We need help determining the best licensing model to be on, planning the migration, scheduling any needed downtime, and performing the actual migration. We have a small internal IT team which can help where needed.

There are about two dozen mailboxes, some existing SharePoint and Teams sites, and fairly spread out OneDrive use. We'd like to eliminate or minimize end user impact wherever possible.
