Required Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Animation,Cartooning,Comic Art freelancer for Graphic Artist Needed to Create Watercolor Style Digital Painting (Or Animation) job

My client is a popular youtuber and independent filmmaker. He's creating an upcoming video that requires one scene of a cool 'animation.'

You will get credit on this video for your work. His top 5 videos all have over 1M views, so there's good opportunity for exposure.

We're not necessarily looking for an animator, but more of a digital artist who can create a similar image. It will be one scene, of a amusement park, the setting will be dark and dreary, the narrator will be discussing components of the scene, such as being a kid, being alone, raining, etc. And as he describes the scene, there will be a new layer added to the scene.

All that being said, the artist can just create multiple layers of the amusement park scene that we can add one over a timeline, so it doesn't necessarily have to be animated.

Again, we are looking for more of a talented artist than an animator. But if you happen to be both, even better!
