I need an engineer to calculate load and rotational force so I can ensure I am properly using the correct anchors.

I am looking to build a 12x12 Pergola and want to attach it to a preexisting concrete patio. My concrete patio is at about 15' thick sitting on at least for inches of gravel and being reinforced by wire mesh. Am I safe to anchor to the surface of the patio and if so what specs should I look for in anchors?
