Must have Ability to:
Add/Edit/Delete Resources and track user edits
Adjust pricing for resources per customer or abroad
Adjust and apply percentage discounts per customer or abroad
Add/Edit/Delete new customers
Add/Edit/Delete resources
Visible view of Total customers and monthly totals each
Visible view of Total Monthly Sum and percentage change per prior month
