Looking for a recruiter with current insurance industry experience. The individual will be motivated and driven to help our agency double our current size. To be successful the recruiter will be able to hit the ground running from day one to recruit, interview, take individuals through insurance licensing and background process, and ensure new employee show rate on day 1. A successful candidate can properly determine successfully applicants based on their previous employment history, references, and the interview process. This position required the ability to recruit in all 50 states and remote options are available. We work primarily in the property and casualty industry.
