Required Moodle,Wordpress freelancer for Moodle Specialist job

I am looking to set up a moodle learning software for our institution. The student should log in with their username and password which has an expiry date (and can be extended upon payment). Then I need help creating course. I have the pdf files which should be loaded in one frame and questions in the other frame (both displayed side by side). The questions can be multiple choice, true false and short answer. Also, need provision for playing videos, music etc. so they can watch and/or listen to answer questions.
