I have a team of about 50 employees who speak English as a second language. About 20 of them are very bright yet very difficult to understand:
- They talk to fast
- Mumble when they talk
- Don't enunciate
- They have strong accents
The vocabulary needed for the day to day work is actually pretty limited. maybe no more that 500 words. I don't expect I can make them perfect English speakers but I want to get them coaching so they can improve the short conversations they have with the rest of the team.
I need someone that has work with people who have the issues listed above and that is able to create a customize plan for each person to bring them to better level of understanding
Obviously you, yourself will need to be an excellent English speaker and communicator
