We are looking for an Office 365 consultant to demonstrate the following in one of our test tenants to help us evaluate AIP features.
* Configure Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Windows Information Protection (WIP)
* Labels required:
- Unrestricted: Default label and used for general data
- Restricted: Label used for manual assignment by users
- Regulated Low: Label is automatically applied if content includes 1 - 10 instances of Credit Card Numbers and Social Security Numbers (both sensitive info types must exist in the labeled document)
- Regulated High: Label is automatically applied if content includes more than 10 instances of Credit Card Numbers and Social Security Numbers (both sensitive info types must exist in the labeled document)
UPDATE: Create dictionaries for use with custom sensitive info types.
* Publish Unified Labeling client to targeted Windows devices
* Configure automatic labelling of documents in OneDrive and SharePoint
* Create WIP Policy:
- Scan and label existing documents on the endpoint
- Automatically label newly created documents on the endpoint
- Prevent copy/paste of data into apps not included in WIP policy, enable user override
- Prevent opening of labelled documents not included in WIP policy, enable user override
- Prevent opening of labelled documents from unknown/undefined network locations, enable user override
- Configure Enlightened Apps and Non-enlightened Apps (up to 5 applications)
* Configure mail flow rule in Exchange Online to insert custom x-header when labelled documents are sent to external users
* Reporting:
- Report on labelling performed automatically in OneDrive, SharePoint and WIP
- Report on usage (open, edit, create, delete, etc) of labelled files by end users
- Report on sharing (by email) of labelled files by end users
UPDATE What we will provide:
* Access to a O365 (test) tenant with admin credentials to configure the above requirements
* Keywords for creation of the dictionaries for use with custom sensitive info types
* Access to Windows VM (via WebEx/Zoom) to deploy & demonstrate WIP requirements described above
UPDATE: Expected delivery from the consultant:
* A detailed demonstration of the above requirements in our O365 tenant
* A run book describing the steps to perform each of the described requirements
UPDATE: Responses
* Other things being the same, preference would be for consultant who can begin the work the earliest
* Ideally, bids must include a firm quote clearly indicating the cost if bid on fixed price basis.
* If bid is based on T&M, the quote must indicate estimated hours/days and cost per hour/day; and must include a not-to-exceed cap on total cost
* If additional information is required to provide a firm bid, please include your questions in the response and if a live discussion by phone would be required. We will follow up with possible meetting date/times and conference bridge for such discussions
