I'm working on formulating a face wipe product. As all natural as possible
The goal is a face wipe that cleans/hydrates/detoxifying/nurturing/antibacterial/soothing
Would like to work around the ingredients below:
Key Ingredients:
Manuka Honey
Eucalyptus
Vitamin C (Potential full vitamin spectrum )
Almond Oil
Aloe Vera or any recommendations?
The final product deliverable would be creating the full ingredient list and purpose of each ingredient that goes into the face wipe. Also any regulations that I should be aware about within the cosmetic industry. For example I don't have experience with how the ingredients above may react to the face and also the secondary ingredients that are involved in creating a face wipe.
