Required Real Estate Law freelancer for Title Abstractor job

Hello,
We are a small real estate investment group looking to bring a free-lance title abstractor onto our team. Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of real estate title abstraction in California.
This position will help us find and interpret title documents. We can order the documents on-line or copy the documents at the county recorder's office. Primarily we are looking at titles in Alameda and Contra Costa County.
