Required BitBucket,Bamboo freelancer for Devop needed to help add copyright information to repositories during build pipeline job

Our team wants to include copyright information in almost every file in our bitbucket repository. Our CI/CD tool is bamboo. So, we want the copyright information to be added to files after each build from the bamboo build pipeline. This is to avoid any overhead on our developers.
While trying to do this, we are able to write back to bitbucket but since each commit triggers a new build, we are essentially triggering a chain of builds right now.

I want a devop who can help me with solving this problem, or comeup with an entirely new solution to the original problem. Also, I found a tool copyright-header on github,
which I want to modify to include our copyright.
Finally, this modified docker image will be run in build pipeline to add copyright information to files.
