My firm inspects homes for lead based paint and its associated hazards. We take a number of samples, draw floor plans, take pictures of the home, interview the tenant, and then document all the information in a report that we give to our clients. The report is somewhat technical as in you don't need an engineering degree to put one together but you should be very familiar with Word, Excel, and editing PDFs. We work off of a template that has been created and fill in the different sections that change from one inspection to the next.
