Required Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) freelancer for Kleopatra Decryption Help job

I'm working on changing credit card processors.

To gain my customer data I sent an PGP key which I created in Kleopatra and was provided a series of encrypted files in return.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to open those files and am receiving an error from Kleopatra (my passphrase is accurate).

According to the folks who provided the encrypted files, it's a settings issue in Kleopatra.

I could use some help via chat, or phone to figure out how to access my files.
