Need a experienced consultant to guide and help on Planning, Executing and Troubleshooting a File Share Migration using ShareGate tool. The File Share is of size - 3 TB and we are migrating to Office 365 SharePoint Online.

Areas I need help:

1. Best practices prior to starting File Migration using ShareGate
2. How to plan out a File Share Migration with 3 TB of content, large files and long file names and folder names with multiple unique documents (>5000)
3. Actual strategy to migrate (Phases)
4. Actual migration kickoff and troubleshooting
5. Close out

This will be spread over -2-3 weeks time
