What we need
- A resource who has worked with this extension specifically with Magento 2.2.6 edition and understand the steps to configure or resolve any extension related issues.
- If the above is not possible then we are open to any other alternate solution that helps us to connect Zendesk with Magento 2.2.6 to help us achieve the desired functionality.
What we have done so far
- We have installed a Zendesk extension by Wagento
- We have made the configuration settings to only allowing ticket to be created from contact us.
- The functionality is not working as expected i.e the ticket is not created in Zendesk and the email is not triggered from Zendesk.
Feature that needs to be implemented -
- The desired functionality is that when the user submits the contact us form from the site a ticket needs to be created in Zendesk and an email should be triggered from Zendesk with the ticket details.
