Required 2D Animation,Animation freelancer for Traditional Hand animated cartoon characters (Not cutout/flash) job

We are looking for someone with great traditional hand drawn animation skills to help us create animated assets and scenes for our game. Think Ren & Stimpy/Nickelodeon style.

Exaggerated expression and smooth animation is a must. We do not wish to see cut out or rigged animations.

At first we wish to commission a test to see if the work fits. If successful we aim to provide a lot of work, we are an indie startup with limited funds at the moment so understanding of that would be appreciated however we understand and respect the work involved and seek to compensate as best we can.
