24/7 Next Listing Editing Department
Next Listing is currently working for a experience real estate editor with knowledge for Adobe photoshop, light room and premier. To be part of our team, you must accept work that is available everyday of the week. Our editing department never closes.
Work requirements to be an Next Listing editor:
1. Next Listing editors are allowed and required to work on assignments as they become available 7 days a week, all day. Failure to ignore assignments will lead to no longer being qualified to accept work from the company. If there are scheduling issues preventing you, then report the issue immediately to the office. We must keep the department running and being on-time with our work. If too much unavailability arises, then the company will be forced to hire more editors to join in the day and evenings.
2. All photo and tour editing assignments pay includes loading to MLS at the time of completing or when the client requests.
3. To assist the office in resolving issues related to editing, they may ask you as the editor for assistance. Editors must communicate back to the office staff by call, text or Google chat box with-in 15 minutes or less when requested. If ignoring the office becomes regular, no work will be given any longer.
4. Editors must turn in exceptional work quickly and fix any errors immediately. No order of any type should take more than one-hour.
5. Tour editing includes changing the YouTube thumbnail to the front of the home
6. All advance editing that is not possible, report to the office manager.
7. Tours are required to be done the next day after the home has been filmed and sent to the voice artist (if voice over is included) the same day.
Work Assignments Pay:
Client request editor to select photos: $4.00
Aerial Photo Plans: $5.00
32 Photo Plans: $8.00
50 Photo Plans: $15.00 (exteriors must have blue skies and green grass added)
1-32 Photo re-edits: $4.00
33-50 Photo re-edits: $8.00
This pay includes any reshoots the photographer had to go back and reshoot because of dissatisfaction with the first shoot. If the original order was an essential plan, you must add blue sky and green grass. This pay doesn't include photographers missing areas and going back out to the home and then loading the missing photos to the original order#.
Tours: $15.00 (including aerial footage)
Branding Tour: $10.00
Tour pay includes completing the work until the client is 100% satisfied with the exception for following extra client requests:
1. The client wants new footage the photographer missed and added to the original footage. Your pay to re-edit is $10.00.
2. The request is changing the format we edit tours. Such as inserting new graphics, photos, their own footage, etc.. Your pay to re-edit is $10.00.
All paid or unpaid changes requested are to be made with-in 36 hours or less. You must let the client know of your status.
