A leading and growing SASS organization is looking for a customer success manager who can own the entire post-sales success process (including first-line technical support for new users) to grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed self-starter with a proven track record of driving product adoption, matching a digital solution to business needs, creatively solving client problems, coordinating across internal teams, and working in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead new client account set-up and ongoing client requests post-sale.
Formulate and implement effective strategic and tactical approaches to grow Enterprise accounts.
Coordinate with internal Product and Marketing teams to communicate client needs and feedback, from technical product needs, to end-user communication, UX feedback and more.
Keep abreast of industry news and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to customers.
