I am looking for a Graphic Designer (motion design) preferably from CIS for one (so far) Canadian project, who can provide a solution using Adobe Animate for changing the display of material in videos on IT topics. You need to animate everything that looks like static text on the screen. Specific details / ideas will be presented in the course of further communication.
