We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual who can help maintain our customer service operation during the week and weekend ideally. Responsibilities include:
- Fielding and returning phone calls from customers, answering questions about products and orders; must have great sales skills
- Recommending customers new models and earning commissions
- Following up with customers via email
- Communicating with operations team to fulfill special orders, replacements, etc.
- Issuing refunds via E-commerce systems
