I need an attorney to work with my Franchise Counseling agency.

Hello,

We want to find a reliable attorney to review Franchise Agreements, FDDs, and any other agreements or advise my clients may need.

I am setting up a Franchise Consulting agency on Up Work to offer new and upcoming franchisors support and services in all aspects of franchising. I have referred out for most of my client, but it would be great to have a one-stop shop!

Our goal is to provide simplified services for my franchise clients, not to try and make a bunch of extra money.

We would offer to pay 97.5 % of your current rate back to you and keep 2.5% for admin costs. I do have and pay an office manager here who will help coordinate meetings and other activities of the agency.

You will be required to sign an NDA.

You can still freelance independently; we only require you do not do any independent work for any existing or former clients of our agency.
